David Inggs (Founder and CEO)
David has over 12 years of high-tech start up experience focused
on web technologies. David is CEO and Founder of Voola.
Originally from South Africa, David has the unique mix of commercial
and technical expertise having a range of management positions behind
him. David is also a Director of BKA Interactive and LassoMail.
Peter Dickinson (Non Executive Director)
Peter is CEO of Greentree International, a successful exporter of business software. Greentree was recently recognised by MIS Australia as an International TOP 25 Rising Star.
Founding president of the New Zealand Software Association, Peter has a 30+ year track record in the technology industry. His chasm leaping experience started with pioneering efforts to export New Zealand technology products in the 1980s and has continued through to successful export ventures today.
Prior to Greentree, Peter was General Manager - Marketing and Strategy for gen-i limited taking a lead role in the strong growth of one of NZ’s leading technology companies. He has also provided management consulting services to organisations ranging from medium sized, privately owned technology companies to large multi-national corporations and has been involved in the M&A activity of several NZ technology companies.
He uses this experience in board roles with a number of NZ software exporters.
Owen Scott (Non Executive Director)
Owen is Principal of Concentrate, a technology marketing consultancy. With 20 years experience in the high-technology industry, Owen’s previous roles include senior
executive roles with Jade Software Corporation. This included
establishing Jade’s USA office in 2003.
Concentrate have
completed strategic marketing projects for more than 40 New Zealand
technology exporters. The company helped software exporter SLI Systems
to become NZ Hi-Tech marketer of the Year in 2005.
Owen is
Chairman of the Canterbury Software Cluster and is a regular writer on
marketing issues, including a fortnightly column in the Christchurch
Press.
Barbara Anderson (Non Executive Director)
Barbara is Managing Director of BKA Interactive, a highly successful New Zealand based web design company. Barbara has extensive creative industry experience having held roles with companies such as Saatchi & Saatchi. Barbara is also a Director of LassoMail.
