Voola Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Voola Limited or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, Voola’s “services”). This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use personal information related to our services. We hope that this will help you to make informed decisions when using our services. In this Privacy Policy, references to “we,” “our” and “us” refer to Voola, while “you” and “your” and “Organisation” refer to the Voola customer or user.

Your data

The data entered by an Organisation remains the property of the Organisation and Voola will not use nor make available for use any of this information without permission of the Organisation.

Voola monitors system usage

Voola has access to and may use aggregate information such as number of associated Users, number of transactions and billing information for the purpose of billing and monitoring server and software performance and improvements as well as for other internal purposes of Voola.

Voola will give you access to your data

On request, Voola will provide the Administrator with a full export of the Organisation’s data in a common file or database format determined by Voola. Voola may charge a fee for this service if the Organisation requests this more than once.

The Organisation’s data may be permanently deleted by Voola 60 days after the Organisation stops paying to use Voola, or at the Administrator’s request.

You control who has access to your data

The data entered, or imported to our solution is stored in a database and is only accessible to the approved Users of the Organisation or approved public access to that information if the Organisation chooses to expose their information to the Internet. The Administrator of the Organisation will have full control over who is invited to be a User and what information to share to Internet. A user name and password is required in order to access an Organisation's information in Voola unless the information has been shared to public Internet access.

It is the User’s responsibility to keep their passwords safe. It is the Administrator’s responsibility to ensure that any permission for User access or general public Internet access is configured correctly.

You can opt-out of any email communications

Voola sends billing information, product information, service updates and regular customer newsletters to registered Users via email.

Where appropriate email communication will contain clear and obvious instructions describing how the User can opt to be removed from the mailing list. Voola will immediately remove any User upon request.

You are responsible for checking the privacy policy of any third-party websites we link to

The Voola website may contain links to third-party websites. Voola takes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these websites.

This policy may be updated from time to time

Voola reserves the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy will be posted on this website.
